4 node 10g RAC

Hi group,
I created a template from a stand alone, single node database using dbca
and used that to create a database with a 4-node RAC setup on SLES9 SP2
RC2.

I can startup the first instance, but all the other nodes give the
following error:

SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 1526726656 bytes
Fixed Size                   779256 bytes
Variable Size             501308424 bytes
Database Buffers         1023410176 bytes
Redo Buffers                1228800 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-01092 (See ORA-01092.ora-code.com): ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced

For kicks I tried to shutdown on the 2-3-4 nodes and get this:

SQL> shutdown immediate
ORA-24324 (See ORA-24324.ora-code.com): service handle not initialized
ORA-01041 (See ORA-01041.ora-code.com): internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist

Any clues?
